We are in the midst of holiday season and sometimes you just feel like working your abs a little bit more. Or maybe you just need the feeling that you are being pro-active. Whatever the reason…it’s nice to have an extra ab routine lying around.
The idea of dropping on the floor and doing an ab routine is great…however, do you find it hard to find the “right” time to implement this desired action?
There are a couple of sweet spots in the day that are the divine time for an ab burn. Here are my favorite most convenient times:
1 – first thing in the morning. Drop down on the floor, do 10 cat cow stretches and 10 arm and leg balance to warm it up, then implement the ab routine that I show here on this blog.
2 – at night while you are watching t.v. or before you go to sleep. Same thing, do 10 cat cow stretches and 10 arm and leg balance to warm it up, then implement the ab routine that I show here on this blog.
It makes the psyche feel better, knowing you gave your abs a little more burn that day. So, I wanted to help you out and give you this ab routine that really works the waist line and has you feeling slim and trim.
A strong core is very important, it aids the body with a healthy posture, strong back, and let’s face it, body confidence and pure inner soul power.
Do each exercise for 30 seconds (or 20 reps) and repeat 3-5 times. Combine this with your normal workout routine for complete overall body confidence.
